She now runs popular all-female comedy nights in London and Birmingham, further solidifying her presence in the industry. Beyond this, she has also organised comedy shows for prominent events such as the Shout Festival, Coventry Pride, and the Bradford Literature Festival. She has supported renowned comedians such as Frankie Boyle and Jen Brister, demonstrative of her ability to hold her own amongst comedy heavyweights. Maureen's diverse performance portfolio also includes supporting the entire West End run of The Naked Magicians at the Trafalgar Studios, and warming up audiences for Puppetry of the Penis. Further demonstrating her comedy prowess, Maureen has performed at the prestigious Barbican alongside Arthur Smith, and supported Shazia Mirza on tour.
