Refund Policy
Tickets Are Non-Refundable
All ticket purchases for JK Comedy Club shows are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, we do not offer refunds — but we will always offer you either:
- A free transfer of your tickets to another show — we run shows every night of the week, or
- A voucher for the value of your tickets, valid for one year, transferable to a friend or family member (18+), with partial redemption allowed.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy and to our terms and conditions. We recommend double-checking your selected date, time, and venue before completing your booking. Please note all shows are 18+.
A transfer or voucher covers a change of plans, not a late arrival: if you arrive after the show has started and your seat has been given to someone on the waiting list, no refund or transfer is offered. A change to the advertised lineup is not grounds for a refund either — lineups can change at short notice and we replace the act with a comedian of similar standing.
If We Cancel or Change a Show
If a show is cancelled, postponed, or its time or venue is changed by us, we will tell you as soon as we know. Where we can, we will transfer your tickets to the closest equivalent show — usually the same night at one of our other venues, or a later start time at the same venue — and your tickets will be valid for that show. If the new show does not suit you, reply to our message or email us and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Stripe and can take up to 5 days to appear in your account.
The same applies if a show cannot go ahead for reasons outside our control, such as government restrictions on live events, the venue closing, or severe weather: a transfer to the closest equivalent show, or a full refund if you prefer. We are not able to refund travel, accommodation or other costs. Shows go ahead during transport strikes, and tickets are not refunded because of a strike.
