Jon Levine, a talented and versatile comedian, first burst onto the comedy scene in Melbourne at the tender age of twenty. As the youngest comic in Melbourne at the time, his unique sense of humor instantly struck a chord with audiences, quickly earning him a regular spot on the comedy circuit. This early recognition led to his selection by the Comedy Channel to perform on their 'In The Shed' comedy shorts, helping to further elevate his profile. Levine's comedic prowess isn't limited to stand-up alone. His writing and performance skills have been showcased in five successful Melbourne International Comedy Festival Shows. Additionally, Levine's creative musings have been published in Beat Magazine's 'Comics In The Dog House,' underscoring his versatility and appeal across different forms of media. In addition to his stand-up and writing endeavors, Levine has also made his mark on the airwaves. He served as a special reporter for NOVA Radio and was a frequent guest on RRR radio's 'Best Of The Brat.' Taking a brief hiatus from stand-up, Levine dedicated time to studying media, which culminated in writing and shooting 'The Intermissionary Position.' This six-part sketch show aired on Australia’s Channel 31 and was performed live at the renowned Espy Hotel. Upon completion of his degree, Levine was ready for a new adventure. He bought a one-way ticket to London via Southeast Asia, where he quickly found success. Despite spending all his money in Asia, he landed a part in a pilot shooting for the BBC within three weeks of his arrival. Although the pilot was not picked up, Levine was spotted by the founder of 'Hint Of Lime Productions' and whisked away to Edinburgh for his debut at the International Festival.
