His comedic journey began in 2010, in Washington DC, when he started doing standup. Not one to follow the beaten path, Brandon dropped out of Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013 and headed to Los Angeles the following year to take his career to the next level. Shortly after his move to LA, Wardell had the opportunity to feature on the Bob Odenkirk album "Amateur Hour". This led to him touring with Odenkirk, further strengthening his position in the comedy scene. He also performed on select dates on the Bo Burnham Make Happy tour, showcasing his talent and expanding his fan base. In 2018, he took an unconventional step that set him apart from other comedians: he released his debut LP, "An ASMR Album". Not just any album, but an ASMR album. This daring move added another dimension to his already multifaceted career and proved his ability to experiment with different formats and mediums. In addition to his standup and ASMR work, Brandon Wardell is also making strides in the world of film. He will next be seen starring opposite Jo Koy in "Easter Sunday", a film produced by Amblin and Dan Lin’s Rideback. With direction by Jay Chandrasekhar, this film is set for wide theatrical distribution on April 1st, 2022.
