Anil's 2009 Edinburgh festival run with his show, 'The Stand-Up Chameleon', was a smashing success, leading to his commission by BBC Comedy Extra for a 4 sketch mini-series aptly titled 'How To Impersonate'. This marked a significant milestone in his career, establishing him as a leading figure in the UK comedy scene. In March 2010, Anil was awarded the audience choice winner of the Waterman’s Asian Comedy Slam. His comedic prowess continued to gain momentum with his first international shows in Spring 2010. His distinctive style of comedy and impressions have consistently delighted audiences from London to Australia, from the Comedy Cabaret in Slovenia to the Sydney Comedy Festival where he opened for renowned comedians Tony Woods and Dom Errera at the Sydney Comedy Store.
