Freddie McManus

FREDDIE MCMANUS was a standout performer from a young age: singing country music (national anthems) as the frontman (shortest) in a boyband (choir).

Born in the UK, Freddie has spent almost half his life in Australia, though his dual citizenship has done nothing to soften the rivalry between the two nations and has arguably made it worse. Since making Australia his permanent home, he has toured the country as a highly touted stand up and sketch performer for the last decade.

In this time, Freddie has competed as an MICF RAW Comedy State finalist, opened for Jim Jeffries at the State Theatre Sydney, toured with the Sydney Comedy Festival Roadshow and featured in sell-out runs of cult hit shows 'Mystery Flight' (2023), 'The Audition Room' (2024), and 'Breaking The Musical' (2025). Freddie's acclaimed solo stand-up debut 'Freddie McManus Is Stoppable' earned him a nomination for the Best Newcomer Award at Melbourne International Comedy Festival (2023) and sold out shows at Sydney Comedy Festival (2023).
